Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before booking a tour with Canyoneering Cebu ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Booking and Payment

A reservation requires a deposit to secure your slot. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the tour before the activity begins. We will send a confirmation email upon successful booking and receipt of the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Customer: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour, we may be able to reschedule your booking to another date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, major storms) or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.
• No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will forfeit their deposit and will be charged the full amount of the tour.

3. Participant Responsibility and Requirements

By booking a tour, you confirm that you and all members of your party meet the following requirements:

• Adhere to the age limit of 12 years and older.
• Are in good physical health and possess basic swimming skills.
• Have disclosed any pertinent medical conditions to us prior to the tour.
• Will follow all safety instructions from our guides at all times.
• Will not participate under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your removal from the tour without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Canyoneering is an extreme sport and inherently involves risks, dangers, and hazards. While we prioritize your safety and take all reasonable measures to mitigate these risks, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk. Canyoneering Cebu, its employees, and its guides will not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss that may occur during the tour. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before the activity commences.

5. Media Release

We often take photos and videos of our tours for promotional purposes. By joining our tour, you grant Canyoneering Cebu permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
